I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, guided by a genuine passion for learning and personal growth. Along the way, I’ve completed Level 7 qualifications in marketing, human resources, and coaching.

My career hasn’t followed a straight line. I’ve worked across advertising sales, equity acting, market research, and HR—and I’ve also experienced the realities of stepping away from work to raise my children, and the challenge of re-entering the job market after a career break. These varied experiences have shaped how I coach: with empathy, openness, and a strong belief in each person’s potential to grow, adapt, and thrive.
